Use at your own risk
One-rep max attempts can be risky. Warm up properly, use spotters or safety equipment, and do not attempt a max because a calculator suggested it.
Benchmark limitations
The percentile display is a demo model. It is designed to make the MVP useful and transparent, not to certify a true city, national, or federation rank.
